I consider my strengths to be the ability to communicate well and relate to my clients, vendor and purchasers alike. I have the determination to complete a sale once I commit to a property. Buying and selling can be very stressful to all parties and I believe my strength to defuse a trying situation is a great asset and helps achieve a successful sale.

It is my job to market your property to find the buyers who will pay the most and make sure they do. My focus is on being excellent and whilst experience is important, motivation, energy and enthusiasm is even more so.
