Having lived here for many years Jim and his late wife enjoyed calling Whangarei home. Jim now continues to live in Whangarei with the love and support of his large close family.
Jim has a long association with the Real Estate industry (having joined in 1973) and has seen many changes in the industry. His great experience is enhanced by the challenges he faced in salesperson and manager roles in the Bay of Islands and Whangarei for Century 21, Boys and First National.
For the last 16 years or so Jim and Nicola have worked together. Nicola started out as Jim’s junior receptionist, then as his assistant and now she is his loyal confidante, best friend and usually “The Boss”! Between the two of them they have been involved in the sales of many hundreds of properties, including farms, residential, commercial and business sales.
We enjoy the people who seem to come from every walk of life to sell and purchase businesses.
For the last decade or so Jim and Nicola have realised they like the people and circumstances they meet in the selling and purchasing of businesses, and the request of some of the top Real Estate companies and accountants, they have more or less concentrated solely on business sales. Their experience is full and varied and they still enjoy the experience and fulfilment of being involved in a large variety of business sales (some many times over) – hospitality, grocery, dairies, butcheries, bakeries, gift shops, accommodation, bookshops, carpet cleaning, tyre shops, garages, liquor, dry cleaning, hairdressing salons, florists, clothing, dive & fishing, motor homes, service stations, mags & audio, water blasting, furniture removals, engineering, paint & panel…. just to name a few!
